Zircon Corundum Checker Brick is made of a-Al2O3, ZrO2 and zirconium corundum clinker as materials, it is produced by mixing, molding, drying and sintering at high temperature in shuttle kiln.

Primarily used for the erosion parts of the furnace of glass furnace, glass fiber furnace, garbage incinerator furnace, electro thermal furnace, etc.

Packing Method:
a. Bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order
b. There will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm
