Product introduction:
Fused silica saggers have the advantages of high purity, strong temperature resistance, large size and high precision, good heat preservation, energy saving, and stable quality. The main chemical component of quartz saggers is silica, which does not interact with other acids and easily interacts with caustic alkali and alkali metal carbonates.
Features:
Fused silica saggers are very stable to heat and can be heated directly over a flame.
Application:
1. For loading shaped products and powdery non-shaped materials. When used to load shaped products, it mainly plays the role of protecting products from contamination, supporting or shaping products, such as glaze firing of high-end daily ceramics, shaping of bone ash porcelain products, loading of electronic ceramics, etc.;
2. When used to hold powdery materials, the powder can be heated to cause decomposition, chemical reaction, or melting, such as the calcination of lithium battery powder, the calcination of rare earths, gold prospecting melt samples, precision alloy casting melt samples, etc.

Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. The factory of us covers an area of 108,000 Square Meters with more than 1 billion RMB fixed assets. There are around 400 employees in our factory, including 20 board members, 10 technicians, and 4 plant managers. Fireramo is a new technology enterprise specializing in manufacturing, production, sales and consultant of refractory materials for various industry, such as, cement plants, glass factories, steel plants, chemical & oil industries.

Fireramo has been established since 1998. We do both domestic and overseas business. Our products have been sold all over the world, especially to Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Syria, Qatar, Russia, etc.

Capacity 

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost. 
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and physical properties. All the products will be tested before delivery.
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms. 
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
