Product Introduction:
Boron nitride is an advanced ceramic material with a microscopic flake shape and a hexagonal molecular structure.crystal. Also has very special and excellent physical and chemical properties, including very good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity,Insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, temperature resistance in air up to 1000OC, inert gas and true. In the empty state, it can reach as high as 2000ºC.
 

Application:
1.Boron nitride is favored by the electronics industry due to its rare conditions of high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties.
2.Domestic and foreign electronics manufacturers have large-scale production in thermally conductive plastics, semiconductor packaging filling, LED heat dissipation packaging, etc.
3.Research on mold applications. In some traditional metal smelting, casting, special lubricants, glass industries, etc.
4.Release agent for metal forming and lubricant for metal drawing.
5.Suitable for high-temperature solid lubricants, extrusion anti-wear additives, and anti-oxidation additives for refractory materials.
6.Suitable for heat-sealing desiccants for transistors and additives for polymers such as plastic resins.
7.Heat shielding materials.
