Product introduction:
SiSiC using silicon carbide powder of different particle sizes as raw materials, with inorganic or organic carbon sources, through molding processes such as grouting, gel injection molding, isostatic pressing, and extrusion, the SIC+C substrate is produced, and degreasing, high-temperature reaction siliconization and sintering are performed in vacuum atmosphere (temperature is usually between 1600-1700°C). The material usually contains a certain proportion of free silicon, usually within 15%, and with density above 3.02. Regular Dimension:

Features:
1. It has excellent bending strength (usually greater than 280Mpa, which is 3 times that of quartz and other materials, and has a higher bearing capacity)
2. The maximum operating temperature is 1380°C, which can be used for long time even at this temperature to prevent thermal deformation and softening of parts and components.

4. It has good chemical stability, acid and alkali resistance, and the etching rate of acid and alkali washing is small.

Application:
It is used in various powder sintering and dewatering components in metal smelting and papermaking industries as well as various abrasive parts in metallurgy, chemical industry, glass and other fields. Used for the kiln plate support of various daily porcelain kilns, electric porcelain, large wine vats, and pickle vats.

Capacity 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
