Product Introduction:
The main mineral composition of chromium corundum brick is α-Al2O3-Cr2O3 solid solution. The secondary mineral composition is a small amount of composite spinel (or no composite spinel) and refractory bricks with a chromium oxide content of 1% to 30%. It is made of corundum and fused chromium oxide as the main raw materials, with additives such as micro powder, and is kneaded, shaped, dried, and fired at high temperature in a shuttle kiln. There are two types: fused chromium corundum bricks and sintered chromium corundum bricks.
Features:
The product has properties such as wear resistance, thermal shock resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, etc. Generally speaking, chrome corundum brick refers to sintered chromium corundum brick. Chrome corundum bricks have excellent thermal vibration stability and high temperature creep properties, and also meet the requirements of the national circular economy. The chrome corundum bricks produced by our factory have reached or exceeded the level of similar products at home and abroad in appearance dimensions, physical and chemical indicators, and service life.
Application:
Chrome corundum bricks are widely used in zinc smelting electric furnaces and volatilization kilns. They are used in key parts of coal chemical industry, chemical industry kilns, alkali-free glass fiber kilns, waste incinerators and other kilns; in carbon black furnaces and copper smelting furnaces. Lining, molten pool of glass furnace, slideway of steel rolling heating furnace, tapping platform.
