Low-cement castable is composed with high-strength aggregates, high-temperature-resistant powder and various polymers with additives. Through reducing the amount of cement and designed through optimized gradation.
Low-cement castable has the characteristics of small wear-resistant loss, high-temperature strength, can be arbitrarily formed, strong integrity, simple construction process control, and excellent construction performance. Due to the addition of high-molecular polymers, they are firmly bonded to the base concrete.
Features
The outstanding feature of low-cement castable is denseness and high strength, which brings benefits to use:
1. The lower CaO content in the castable can reduce the formation of eutectic phase in material, thereby improving the refractoriness, high temperature strength and slag erosion resistance;
2. The water consumption for blending castable during construction is only 1/3~1/2 than ordinary castable, so the porosity is lower and volume density is high;
3. After casting and molding, less cement is generated during curing, there is no large amount of hydration bond damage during heating and baking, which will lead to a decrease in medium-temperature strength. Instead, with the heat treatment temperature increases, the strength gradually increases;
4. The strength composition of the castable can be adjusted appropriately to form self-flowing and pump-fed castable.
Application:
The material can be used by adding water and stirring on site. It is easy to construct and can form a certain thickness of anti-wear layer on the surface of the silo or trough through manual plastering. It can meet the technical requirements after normal maintenance.
Low cement castable can be used as the lining anti-wear layer of furnace door frames, furnace sills, slopes, slag ditches, mine chutes, coal unloading chutes, lower hoppers, and material silos in metallurgy, coal, thermal power, chemicals, cement and other industries to protect the kiln. The function of the furnace: aluminum melting furnace, static furnace wall, top and bottom integral pouring; aluminum water ladle, launder, induction furnace etc.
Storage:
50kg/bag, sealed packaging and stored at room temperature for 3 months. 25kg/bag packaging can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and physical properties. All the products will be tested before delivery.
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
