Alumina Bubble Brick is a kind of high temperature insulating material, which is composed of melting and blowing alumina bubble with compound additive, shaped by vibrating technique and sintered at high temperature.

Application of Alumina Bubble Brick:
It's mainly used for insulation layer of furnace and kiln, and also can be used for service linings in manufacturing high-purity quartz for the electronics industry such as ceramic tile linings in gas turbines and backup linings in reactors.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing Method:
a. Bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order;
b. There will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks;
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof;
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions;
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm.
