This castable is made of high dense tabular corundum, which has excellent service performance under high temperature.
It has good alkali resistance under high temperature, which can reach to Level 2 or above at 1350ºC, and solve the problem that corundum based castable can't resist alkali corrosion.
Besides, it has also have good thermal shock resistance, which can avoid the phenomenon of peeling off or block effectively during application.

Capacity 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
