Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide bricks are manufactured by Henan Fireramo Industrial Co., Ltd. using high-purity SiC as aggregate, silicon powder, and additives. They are fired in a nitriding furnace based on the in-situ generation theory, resulting in excellent resistance to oxidation, alkali, and CO corrosion.
These bricks are ideal for lining the lower part of blast furnaces, offering a service life more than double that of traditional refractory materials. They can also be used in aluminum reduction cells and ceramic kiln furniture, providing energy savings, longer life, and environmental friendliness.
