Silicon Mullite Bricks are made of high-alumina bauxite clinker and silicon carbide through high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing.

Applications of Silicon Mullite Bricks:
Silicon mullite brick is suitable for transition zone, cooling zone, kiln mouth and other locations of cement kiln.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing Methods:

a. Bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order;
b. There will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks;
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof;
d. Eventually, the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions;
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm.

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and physical properties. All the products will be tested before delivery.
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
