Product Introduction:
Graphite sagger, also known as graphite crucible, is a box-shaped graphite product precision machined from high-purity graphite, which can be used in the sintering process of positive and negative electrode materials in the lithium battery industry. They are mainly used as containers for carrying powder. If it's heated in a furnace and used under the protection of an inert gas, it will has a longer service life. Generally, customized bottom plates and covers are provided according to the kiln type and clients' requirements. Graphite saggers are widely used by high-temperature furnaces companies, especially lithium iron phosphate companies, so that it's also commonly known as lithium iron phosphate graphite sagger.

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
