Brief Introduction of High Alumina Refractory Brick:
High Alumina Refractory Brick is made by high alumina bauxite. It contains many types, such as common high alumina bricks (usually Al2O3 content from 48% to 80%), anti-stripping high alumina bricks, wear resistant high alumina bricks, high alumina runner bricks, special phosphate high alumina bricks, high alumina anchor brick, etc.

Application of High Alumina Refractory Brick:
The High Alumina Refractory Bricks that manufactured by us are mainly used for cement industry, lime kiln, non-ferrous metal industry, incinerator and steel industry.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing Method:
a. bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order
b. there will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
