Product Description
Al2O3-SiC-C Brick is made from high-grade bauxite, fused alumina, silicon carbide and graphite as raw materials and resin as binder. It features excellent corrosion and erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance, and have high refractoriness under load. They are suitable for hot-metal ladles and torpedo.

Application Of Al2O3-SiC-C Bricks
2. Ceramics: They are used in the production of ceramics, where they are used as kiln furniture and linings.
3. Cement industry: Silicon carbide bricks are used as a lining material in cement kilns due to their excellent resistance to thermal shock and high temperature resistance.
4. Non-ferrous metallurgy: They are used in non-ferrous metallurgy for smelting aluminum, copper, and other metals.
5. Chemical industry: Silicon carbide bricks are used as lining materials in chemical reactors due to their good chemical stability and resistance to acids and alkalis.

Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. The factory of us covers an area of 108,000 Square Meters with more than 1 billion RMB fixed assets. Fireramo has its own engineering technology center and testing laboratories, which can meet the testing requirements for various kinds of products and raw materials, and the research and development of new products. At the meanwhile, we have a well-equipped and skilled furnace construction team that can provide users with service items such as furnace design, construction, rapid maintenance and operation technical training, etc.
Capacity
Our factory has two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties.All the products will be tested before delivery
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
