Clay bricks are used for carbon cultivation furnacesThe content of Al2O3is generally 30%~40%, and the content of Fe2O3is less than 2.0~2.5%. Clay bricks for carbon roasting furnaces are weakly acidic refractory products, which can resist the erosion of acid slag and acid gas.

The clay bricks for carbon culture and firing furnace produced Refractory are based on the production of general clay bricks, using specific homogenizers as the main raw materials, adding an appropriate amount of auxiliary materials and some additives, after fine grinding, mixing, high-pressure molding, transforming into mullite crystal phase at the appropriate firing temperature, using the product has a good mineral composition, so as to ensure that the product has high refractoriness, dense bulk density, low porosity, excellent high-temperature creep performance and good volume stability.

Capacity 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
