Product Introduction:
Ceramic foam filter has excellent filtering functions of screen, filtering, residuum collection and adsorption in filtering molten metal liquid. It has good chemical stability and does not react with alloy liquid, effectively remove the inclusion in the metal liquid to improve the purity of molten metal. It can make casting surface smooth, reduce the rejection rate, and reduce energy consumption.

Application:
The ceramic foam filter is not only applied for metal filtering in high temperature, but high temperature gas treatment, carrier of catalyzer , solid heat exchanger and special filling for chemical industry.

Capacity 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.
