Introduction:
Graphite saggers, also called graphite crucibles, can be used in the sintering process of positive and negative electrode materials in the lithium battery industry. They are mainly used as powder-carrying containers. Which heated in a furnace and used under the protection of inert gas, so that service life will be longer. Generally, customized bottom plates and cover plates are provided according to the type of kiln. In recent years, graphite saggers have been widely used by high-temperature furnace companies and lithium iron phosphate companies.It is a box-shaped graphite product precisely processed from high-purity graphite. It is used for sintering lithium iron carbonate materials in lithium batteries. It is mainly used as a container for negative accumulation powder and is placed in a graphitization furnace to heat the negative electrode material to achieve graphitization and purification. It is also commonly known as lithium iron phosphate graphite sagger and graphite sagger.

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
