Alumina Bubble Brick is a brick made of alumina hollow spheres as the main raw material, high-performance alumina ultrafine powder as an additive, organic materials as a binder, and dried and formed.

Application:
Alumina Bubble Brick can be used in high-temperature shaft kilns, shuttle kilns, induction furnaces, nitriding furnaces, etc., and also can be used for service linings in manufacturing high-purity quartz for the electronics industry such as ceramic tile linings in gas turbines and backup linings in reactors.

Capacity
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
