Product Description

Product Introduction:
This product has small thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, and extremely convenient construction process (dry construction method: it only needs to fill the thermal insulation cavity compactly by the material, and cover the panel). This material is with a small bulk density of 0.25g/cm³, which will drop to 0.1g/cm³ after operation. The extremely low density determines that it's with very small heat capacity and low thermal conductivity, which can increase the service life, and is also environmentally friendly and pollution-free. When compared with ceramic fiber, the density of ceramic fiber will increase from 0.128 g/cm³ to 0.2 g/cm³ after operation. The pores inside the ceramic fiber are penetrating, which have little effect on preventing convective heat transfer. The bottom temperature of the kiln car in the high temperature zone where this product is used is 40ºC lower than that of ceramic fiber with the same thickness.
