Product Introduction:
Environmentally friendly waterless tapclay uses a new type of binder, which has better plasticity than general waterless tapclay. The composition can be divided into two parts - refractory aggregate and binder. Refractory aggregate refers to refractory raw materials such as corundum, mullite, and pyroxene, as well as modified materials such as coke and mica. The binder is organic materials such as water or tar pitch and phenolic resin, and is also mixed with SiC, Si₃N₄, expansion agents, and additives.


Features:
1. High adhesion strength, able to form a mushroom shaped erosion surface, can extend the depth of the iron mouth, and protect the furnace hearth;
2. The iron mouth is easy to maintain and has a high pass rate;
3. Good resistance to erosion and slag;
4. Generate less smoke, reduce the harm to workers' health, and improve the working environment in front of the furnace;
5. It can ensure the uniform and smooth flow of molten iron and slag.
6. Excellent plasticity and sintering performance.


Application:
The environmentally friendly waterless tapclay is suitable for use in large and medium-sized blast furnaces with high top pressure and enhanced smelting efficiency.

Capacity 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
