Product Description
Product Introduction:
Nitride bonded silicon carbide plates are a kind of new materials. It's mainly made by high-purity SiC aggregate, adding with silicon powder and other additives, and firing in a nitriding furnace based on the in-situ generation theory. The product has excellent resistance to oxidation, alkali and CO corrosion.
Application:
It is widely used in the high temperature kilns/furnaces of ceramic, steel, nonferrous metal, chemical and other industries.

Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. The factory of us covers an area of 108,000 Square Meters with more than 1 billion RMB fixed assets. Fireramo is a new technology enterprise specializing in manufacturing, production, sales and consultant of refractory materials for various industry, such as, cement plants, glass factories, steel plants, chemical & oil industries.
Fireramo has been established since 1998. We do both domestic and overseas business. Our products have been sold all over the world, especially to Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Syria, Qatar, Russia, etc.

R&D
Fireramo has its own engineering technology center and testing laboratories, which can meet the testing requirements for various kinds of products and raw materials, and the research and development of new products. At the meanwhile, we have a well-equipped and skilled furnace construction team that can provide users with service items such as furnace design, construction, rapid maintenance and operation technical training, etc.
Capacity
Our factory has two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties.All the products will be tested before delivery
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
