Product Introduction:
Alumina hollow sphere is a new type of high-temperature insulation material. It is made by smelting and blowing industrial alumina in an electric furnace, and its crystal form is a-Al2O3 microcrystals. With alumina hollow sphere as the main body, it can be made into products of various shapes. The maximum use temperature is 1800°C. The product has high mechanical strength, which is several times that of general lightweight products.

Application:
It has been widely used in high temperature and ultra-high temperature furnaces such as petrochemical industry gasification furnaces, carbon black industrial reactors, metallurgical industry induction furnaces, and has achieved very satisfactory energy-saving effects.

Capacity 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
