FM-K silicon  nitride  powder is  made of high-purity silicon  powder and is  prepared  by direct nitridation process. It has the advantages of narrow particle size distribution and high sintering activity. It is suitable for the production of silicon nitride ceramics with different processes and uses.
FM-B silicon nitride powder uses high-purity silicon powder as raw material and adopts direct nitridation method combined with our company's mature and standardized process control. The prepared product has the advantages of high purity, high α phase content, narrow particle size distribution, and high sintering activity.
FM-1A  powder  is  the  main  raw  material  for  silicon  nitride  ceramic  structural  parts.  It  uses high-purity  silicon  powder  as  raw  material  and  is  prepared  by  direct  nitridation  process.  This product has the advantages of high α-phase content, narrow particle size distribution, high sintering activity, etc. It is suitable for silicon nitride ceramics with different processes and uses.
FM-HJ powder adopts the direct nitridation process of high-purity silicon powder. Through the unique  patented  technology  control  of  the  silicon  material,  nitridation  process  and  refinement process, it produces substrate-grade silicon nitride powder with high purity, high α-phase content, narrow particle size distribution and high sintering activity.
FM-SN powder is mainly used as a demoulding agent and sprayed on the inner surface of a high-purity quartz crucible. It is a necessary product for the production of polysilicon ingots.

Capacity 

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
