Product Introduction:
The rim support pin crank system has been designed to give a high stability,long life, and minimum refractory to ware ratio.
The unit consists of one base, one cover and three uprights. Refractory pins are inserted into the holes in the upright. The system is fully inter-changeable with bases and covers ranging from 114mm (4')'to 311mm(12'4) in 6mm( increments. A multi-fitting base and cover is available for ware sizes of 330mm (13) diameter.Uprights have been designed to accommodate either 'aor 3nsSection pins, but the top and bottom of any upright is consistent to enable it to fit into any base or cover. The upright can be chosen to enable maximum kiln fill to be-obtained dependent upon placing height.

Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. The factory of us covers an area of 108,000 Square Meters with more than 1 billion RMB fixed assets. There are around 400 employees in our factory, including 20 board members, 10 technicians, and 4 plant managers. Fireramo is a new technology enterprise specializing in manufacturing, production, sales and consultant of refractory materials for various industry, such as, cement plants, glass factories, steel plants, chemical & oil industries.

R&D
Fireramo has its own engineering technology center and testing laboratories, which can meet the testing requirements for various kinds of products and raw materials, and the research and development of new products. At the meanwhile, we have a well-equipped and skilled furnace construction team that can provide users with service items such as furnace design, construction, rapid maintenance and operation technical training, etc.
Capacity
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties.All the products will be tested before delivery
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards.
