Product Introduction:
Ceramic Fiber Modules are made from ceramic fiber blanket stacked with cut edges exposed, and anchor systems to enable quick, easy and efficient installation in most furnace linings. These prefabricated modules are designed to meet the thermal insulation requirements of high temperature furnaces.


Application:
It can be used in heating furnace and cracking furnace in Petrochemical industry,annealing furnace and roller hearth furnace in metallurgical industry,soaking furnace, homogenizing furnace in aluminum industry,tunnel kiln, intermittent kiln and calcining kiln in ceramics industry.It can also be used for waste gas recovery, combustion chamber.

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
