Product Introduction:
The corundum-spinel based repair material for ladle walls uses tabular corundum and sintered magnesia as raw materials, and aluminate cement as a binder, with construction carried out by means of . During minor and medium repairs, it is applied to the slag-pouring surface of the ladle wall and the steel-facing surface-areas severely eroded and scoured by steel slag and molten steel-to address the issue of uneven erosion of the ladle wall bricks.

Capacity: 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
