Product Introduction:
Reaction sintered silicon carbide crossbeam, suitable for load-bearing structural frames in tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns, and other industrial kilns. The reaction sintered silicon carbide crossbeam has a high temperature bearing capacity, no bending deformation after long-term use, and a long service life. It is an ideal kiln tool for industries such as sanitary ceramics and electric porcelain kilns. Reaction sintered silicon carbide has good thermal conductivity and can significantly save energy consumption.

Feature:
1. Good thermal conductivity, can significantly save energy consumption
2. Excellent bending strength (usually greater than 280MPa, 3 times that of quartz and other materials, with higher bearing capacity)
3. Good wear resistance and super hardness (>2500Gpa)

Application:
Applied to load-bearing structural frames in tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns and other industrial kilns.

Capacity:
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
