Reaction sintered silicon carbide crossbeam, suitable for load-bearing structural frames in tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns, and other industrial kilns. The reaction sintered silicon carbide crossbeam has a high temperature bearing capacity, no bending deformation after long-term use, and a long service life. It is an ideal kiln tool for industries such as sanitary ceramics and electric porcelain kilns. Reaction sintered silicon carbide has good thermal conductivity and can  significantly save energy consumption.

Capacity 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties.All the products will be tested before delivery

A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms. 
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
