Product Introduction:
Ferrosilicon is an iron-silicon alloy made from coke, steel scraps, quartz (or silica) as raw materials and smelted in electric furnace. Ferrosilicon is widely used in steel production, foundry industry and other industries. Ferrosilicon is widely used in steelmaking , casting and other industrial production processes. The reason why ferroalloy is widely used by manufacturers is mainly because the national standard ferrosilicon 75 plays deoxidizing role in smelting process. The better of deoxidation, the better quality of the steel produced. In addition, silicon content in ferrosilicon is also different, so manufacturers often distinguish them by numbers. For example, the silicon content of national standard ferrosilicon 75 is roughly between 70-80. Adding silicon element during the steelmaking process can enhance strength, hardness, and elasticity of finished steel, increase steel magnetic permeability, and reduce hysteresis loss of transformer.

Application:
1.Used as deoxidizer and alloying agent in steel industry.
2.Used as an inoculant and spheroidizing agent in the cast iron industry. Adding a certain amount of ferrosilicon during the casting process can prevent the formation of carbides in the iron and promote the precipitation and spheroidization of graphite.
3.75# ferrosilicon is the main raw material for the production of magnesium metal, with a ton consumption of about 1.1 tons.

At the meanwhile, we have a well-equipped and skilled furnace construction team that can provide users with service items such as furnace design, construction, rapid maintenance and operation technical training, etc.
Capacity
Our factory has two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties.All the products will be tested before delivery
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards.The third party test is acceptable.
