Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide Ceramic Crucibles are made by using high-purity SiC as aggregate, adding silicon powder and other additives, and firing in a nitriding furnace based on the in-situ generation theory.The product has excellent resistance to oxidation, alkali and CO corrosion.

Application of Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide Ceramic Crucibles:
It is mainly used as the lining of the lower part of the blast furnace, and its service life is more than doubled compared with the traditional refractory materials. In addition, it can be used as the lining of aluminum reduction cell and ceramic kiln furniture, which has the advantages of energy saving, longer life, and no pollution to the environment.
