Product Introduction:
RBSiC Plate is a kind of high temperature plate mainly made by silicon carbide powder of different particle sizes, with inorganic or organic carbon sources, through molding processes such as grouting, gel injection molding, isostatic pressing, and extrusion, etc., and degreasing, high-temperature reaction, silicon infiltration and sintering in a vacuum atmosphere (the temperature is usually 1600-1700ºC), the material usually contains a certain proportion of free silicon.

Application:
It can be used as the high temperature support plate for various kinds of daily porcelain kilns, electric porcelain kilns, etc.
rochemical kilns.

Capacity
Our factory has two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
