Product Introduction:
Gunning mixes for ladle is formulated based on the construction characteristics of sprayed materials and the characteristics of steel ladle slag lines and areas prone to premature damage. It is made from high-quality magnesia, spinel, and other raw materials, with the addition of unique binders and additives.
Feature:
High strength, low resilience, easy to sinter, erosion resistant, and corrosion resistant.
Application:
It is used for cold and hot repairs of slag lines and other parts of steel ladles.

Fireramo has been established since 1998. We do both domestic and overseas business. Our products have been sold all over the world, especially to Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Syria, Qatar, Russia, etc
R&D:
Fireramo has its own engineering technology center and testing laboratories, which can meet the testing requirements for various kinds of products and raw materials, and the research and development of new products. At the meanwhile, we have a well-equipped and skilled furnace construction team that can provide users with service items such as furnace design, construction, rapid maintenance and operation technical training, etc.
Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and physical properties. All the products will be tested before delivery.
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
