Refractory Fireclay, Fire Clay Brick refers to the clay products with Al2O3 content of 30%~40%.Fire clay brick can resist the erosion of acid slag and acid gas; have good thermal performance and can withstand rapid cooling and rapid heating.

Application of Refractory Fireclay, Fire Clay Brick:
The Refractory Fireclay, Fire Clay Bricks are mainly used for heat boiler, glass kiln, cement kiln, chemical fertilizer gasification furnace, blast furnace, hot blast furnace, coking furnace and electric furnace.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing Method:
a. bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order
b. there will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm

Capacity:
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
