Brief Introduction of Corundum Mullite Brick:

Corundum mullite brick refers to refractory products made of high-purity or relatively pure raw materials. Products made with mullite granules as aggregate have good thermal shock resistance but poorer erosion resistance. Products made with corundum sand as aggregate have good corrosion resistance.

Application of Corundum Mullite Brick:

The corundum mullite brick is mainly used for the superstructure of regenerator of glass furnace and as lining brick of metallurgy kiln, carbon reaction furnace. It can also be used as roof brick,port brick and burner brick.

Packing Methods:
a. Bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order
b. There will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100mm

The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
