High Temperature Firebricks Transition Zone Refractory Silica Brick
Product Introduction:
Silica brick is an acid refractory material composed of tridymite, cristobalite and a small amount of residual quartz and glass phase. Silica bricks have good resistance to acid slag erosion. The refractoriness under load is as high as 1640~1670ºC, and the volume is relatively stable under high temperature for long-term use.

Company Profile
Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. The factory of us covers an area of 108,000 Square Meters with more than 1 billion RMB fixed assets. There are around 400 employees in our factory, including 20 board members, 10 technicians, and 4 plant managers. Fireramo is a new technology enterprise specializing in manufacturing, production, sales and consultant of refractory materials for various industry, such as, cement plants, glass factories, steel plants, chemical & oil industries.
Fireramo has been established since 1998. We do both domestic and overseas business. Our products have been sold all over the world, especially to Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Syria, Qatar, Russia, etc.

Fireramo has its own engineering technology center and testing laboratories, which can meet the testing requirements for various kinds of products and raw materials, and the research and development of new products. At the meanwhile, we have a well-equipped and skilled furnace construction team that can provide users with service items such as furnace design, construction, rapid maintenance and operation technical training, etc.
Capacity
Our factory has two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
