Brief Introduction of Chrome Corundum Brick:
The main mineral composition of Chrome Corundum Brick is α-Al₂O₃-Cr₂O₃ solid solution. The secondary mineral composition is a small amount of composite spinel (or without composite spinel) and chromium oxide content is  1% ~ 30%. There are two kinds of chrome corundum bricks: fused cast type and sintered type. In general, chrome corundum brick refers to sintered chrome corundum brick.

Application of Chrome Corundum Brick:
It's mainly used for reheating furnace, chemical industry furnace, alkali-free glass fiber furnace, carbon furnace, incinerators, etc.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing Methods:

a. Bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order;
b. There will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks;
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof;
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions;
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100mm.

Capacity 

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and physical properties. All the products will be tested before delivery.
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms. 
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
