Product Introduction:
Corundum prefabricated blocks/corundum bricks are made of super-grade fused white corundum as aggregate, corundum spinel fine powder and micropowder as binder, and are made through vibration molding, demoulding, baking and other processes. Corundum prefabricated block has strong resistance to molten steel erosion, and it is equipped with timely gunning technology, which can significantly increase the ladle age by 5 times.
Application:
It is used in metallurgical blast furnaces, external refining furnaces, iron-making blast furnaces and hot blast stoves, external refining furnaces for steel making, sliding water vessels, glass melting furnaces, petrochemical industrial furnaces, etc.

Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. The factory of us covers an area of 108,000 Square Meters with more than 1 billion RMB fixed assets. There are around 400 employees in our factory, including 20 board members, 10 technicians, and 4 plant managers. Fireramo is a new technology enterprise specializing in manufacturing, production, sales and consultant of refractory materials for various industry, such as, cement plants, glass factories, steel plants, chemical & oil industries.
Fireramo has been established since 1998. We do both domestic and overseas business. Our products have been sold all over the world, especially to Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Syria, Qatar, Russia, etc.

Fireramo has its own engineering technology center and testing laboratories, which can meet the testing requirements for various kinds of products and raw materials, and the research and development of new products. At the meanwhile, we have a well-equipped and skilled furnace construction team that can provide users with service items such as furnace design, construction, rapid maintenance and operation technical training, etc.
Capacity
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties.All the products will be tested before delivery

A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
