Character: As a chemical compound, zirconium sllicate is a kind of nontoxic tasteless white or grey powder. Its main component is ZrO2, Index of refraction: 1.93-2.0, Moh's scale: 7-8, Melting point: 2500 ºC, Thermal expanslon: 4.5*10A(-6)(20- 1400 ºC).

Our zirconium silicate improves the bonding strength between clay and glaze in stable chemical property, and increase the color and hardness of glaze's surtace.
2 Whitening
We   produce   micro   size   of   zirconium   silicate   to   increase   the   light   reflectior effect which will aprear whiter than those of bigger sizes.
3 Opacification:
It's a cheaper opacifier with high quality that is widespread apply in different types of ceramic productions, such as building ceramics, sanitary ceramics, and daily ceramics etc..

Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. Capacity 

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.

A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
