About Product

Product Introduction:
Brown fused alumina is a brown aluminum oxide obtained from the reduction of high quality bauxite in an electric arc furnace at a temperature greater than 2000ºC.It is crushed and shaped by an automatic grinder, deferrized by magnetic separation, and sieved into various particle sizes.

Application:
It can be used for manufacturing ceramics, resin high-consolidation abrasives, as well as grinding and polishing.

Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. The factory of us covers an area of 108,000 Square Meters with more than 1 billion RMB fixed assets. There are around 400 employees in our factory, including 20 board members, 10 technicians, and 4 plant managers. Fireramo is a new technology enterprise specializing in manufacturing, production, sales and consultant of refractory materials for various industry, such as, cement plants, glass factories, steel plants, chemical & oil industries.

Capacity 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
